The BellaMonaro Griffins girls and women's programs are in Community and State League competitions. Brindabella Blues and BellaMonaro Women's FC have one of the largest girls and women’s programs in far south Canberra with a focus on football, family, friends and fun. Brindabella Blues fields girls’ teams in the Capital Football Miniroos and Junior League from U5s to U11s and in the Capital Football women’s state league competitions.

Playing as the BellaMonaro Griffins, in partnership with Monaro Panthers, Brindabella fields teams in the Capital Football Junior League from U12s to U18s. Brindabella and BellaMonaro girl’s teams have a long tradition of supporting the Stellar Cup, Lightning Tournament, Kanga Cup, Cowra Cup and Merimbula’s Karl Posset Cup.

Registrations will open early in the 2023 new year with pre-season training beginning after Australia Day. Team trials and grading are held in early March with Capital Football starting the 2023 season at the end of March (TBC). All junior girls’ games are played on Saturdays.

​

During the summer, BellaMonaro Griffins play in local twilight full team, summer nine and summer six competitions, while Brindabella runs a Girls Only Summer Academy for girls aged U6 to U12 with a focus on developing and advanced players. The Academy runs on Monday evenings from 5.30 to 7:00pm in line with the Term 1 school year.
