BellaMonaro WFC | Junior League

Junior League caters for U12-U18 year olds for all ranges and styles of players. The aim of this competition is to ensure inclusiveness and that all participants are having fun. This competition is based on a home and away format meaning that some games are played on our home fields and the others are played around Canberra.

The Girls U12-U18 program will now be played under the newly formed BellaMonaro Griffins providing a system dedicated to the development and growth of the female game. Games are played against other football clubs at our Calwell home grounds and at other grounds within the ACT region.

Most teams will train at least once a week although many are training twice or three times a week as determined by the coach. Once teams have been organised and the coach appointed, the coach will notify each player in the team regarding training.

All players should arrive at training early so they are prepared to take the field on time. Training runs for a set time and parents are requested to collect players at the end of the training session. Parents/guardians should make themselves known to the coach prior to removing their player from training. For the safety of our young players they are not allowed to leave the pitch unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
